When it comes to pricing head shots for businesses and corporations, it really depends on whether you are a small group or a large company. If you are only needing one head shot on a clean background, our rate is $149 per person. This price includes a DVD or a digital download of your entire shoot, full rights to the photos, and a complementary retouching of one of the photos you choose.  Depending on the location, timing, and weather, we can shoot you outdoors if you prefer a background with some life and color. All of this can be discussed prior to your shoot so you receive exactly what you want. We can also add custom backgrounds if you need them.

Whether you need a shoot for a large group of employees on an individual basis, simple group photos, or even a new LinkedIn profile picture, we can certainly help you. Getting your company a quote for a photo shoot requires a few minutes on the phone to identify your needs. While there are a few variables when quoting photo shoots (travel, time required, post-production needs, set up) our basic motto is this:

The bottom line is that most companies want the cheapest photos and never give the photographer a chance to work with them on a fair price. If you aren’t interested in the overall quality of the photos, we honestly recommend sending your employees to the mall on their lunch breaks. The risk in this is, and we see it all the time, is that you often end up spending more money after the fact when the photos you receive aren’t up to your expectations. We believe our rates are very reasonable and our photos are the best in the area.

Individuals seeking a single outfit headshot who cancel or reschedule their shoot with more than 24 hours notice from the time of our appointment will lose their initial deposit. Individuals who cancel or reschedule their shoot with less than 24 hours notice from the time of our appointment will lose their initial deposit and be required to pay an additional 50% of the cost of the photoshoot should you reschedule. In both scenarios listed previously, you will be required to put down a second deposit to reschedule.

For photo shoots of multiple individuals, groups, or corporate events, all reschedules will require you to pay an additional 50% of the cost of the original agreement.

All work will include 6% sales tax.
